donate Hospitality Items

Donation of  hospitality items for volunteers and cast members make the day better for all involved.  This year we'll be catering for the Cast Party but we'll still need items like small waters, non-messy snacks, etc.  If you'd like to help by donating we greatly appreciate your support!

Members of Ozark Figure Skating Club are encouraged to participate in the above named performances by meeting the minimum eligibility requirements and turning in a points form.  Non-OFSC members are not eligible for these performances but we hope you'll join us in a group number and perhaps even as a member next year!

We'll answer your questions and explain the process.

  1. Be a member of Ozark Figure Skating Club

  2. Meet the minimum eligibility requirements.

  3. Submit a points form by August 31st @ 11:59pm.  

    • The points form is used to determine first choice of each performance type.   

    • The highest point earners (10-14 depending on number of submissions) are guaranteed their first choice of performance type. 

  4. Volunteer (parent or other adult) for 1 Show Shift and either Setup or Teardown Shift (see participant packet for details)

Private Lessons

  • Parents and coaches will work together to determine a day/time that works for all skaters.

Costume

  • Chosen by the coach(es) and approved by the Christmas Show committee. 

Props (if applicable)
​Multiple Performances

  • If a skater is also participating in a group performance and is 11 years old and younger they are required to wear a bodysuit for dress rehearsal and on show day.  This is non-negotiable and refusal to wear their bodysuit will result in  the skater not performing and no refunds will be issued.

GROUP PERFORMANCE

All skaters at all levels and abilities are invited to sign up for a group performance in our annual Christmas show fundraising event!  This is an excellent way for learn to skate participants to show off all they've learned for friends, family, and the broader community!

Important Information

GROUP REGISTRATION DEADLINE

September 19th @ 11:59pm

COST

Members = $200

Non-Members = $250

Includes: 

  1. Costume (if applicable)

  2. Tights (if applicable)

  3. 7 Group Lessons (coaching fees, ice rental)

  4. Group photos (Dress Rehearsal night)

Does Not Include:

  1. Bodysuit if 11 years old and younger in more than one performance

  2. Professional action photography on show day.

  3. Tickets to see the show - General Admission $10-$15 per person/show, VIP Admission $20-$25 per person/show.

SKATER requirements 

  1. Attend all group practices

  2. Attend Dress Rehearsal on 12/1, 4:30pm-8:00pm

  3. Present for ALL 3 shows:  11am, 1pm, & 5pm

  4. Volunteer (parent or other adult) for 1 Show &  Setup or Tear-Down

Payment Plans

When signing up for a Group Performance, both members and non-members can choose to pay in full or select 3 monthly installments!  

Full Payment or First Payment Installment for Group Participation due Sunday, September 27th​.

scholarships

Apply for a Christmas Show Scholarship to cover group participation costs!  We'll be awarding 2 Scholarships in 2026:

  • 1 for OFSC Members Only

  • 1 for Jones Center Learn to Skate Participants

 

Scholarships are not need-based and are open for all participants to apply.

Sponsor a skater 

Give the gift of being a part of the 2026 Christmas Show to a skater!  Donations can be designated to a specific skater to cover group participant fee or added to our Christmas Show Scholarship Fund for appliants.  Click the Donate link below for more details!

Help support our club by making a purchase from our Christmas at the Ritz Collection!  Orders can be picked up at dress rehearsal on December 1st or December 5th before or after each showtime.
