Membership scholarship
Accepting Submissions Starting March 1, 2026

*OFSC will sponsor one membership per year for use for the following Membership Year: (June-May).
Skaters may not receive a scholarship for 2 consecutive years.
❖ EXPECTATIONS

Be an active member of our skating program in classes, seminars, practices, events, testing, competitions, shows, or exhibitions.

Be a positive representative of the club at home and away following the rules of ice etiquette, sportsmanship, leadership, etc.

Applicants are encouraged to apply, regardless of grade point, test scores, ethnicity, origin, age, sex, marital status, or prospective field of study.
❖ REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must be Ozark FSC members in good standing for the current membership year in which the application is due.

Submit Membership Scholarship Application (GOOGLE FORM)

Submit Ozark FSC Scholarship Recommendation Form (GOOGLE FORM)
To be filled out by the applicant's coach or teacher. May not be a relative.
❖ DISBURSEMENT OF SCHOLARSHIP

Scholarship will be applied to the applicant's application automatically once membership registration through EntryEeze is completed.

To be used during Ozark FSC’s membership renewal month, June 2026.
