OFSC Locker Rental Agreement 2024-2025

Ozark Figure Skating Club rents a limited number of lockers in the back hallway to any current member in good standing. This is a great place to store skates, clothes, hair ties, shoes, or any other skating item you don’t want to have to remember to bring to the rink each time you come.

Please read the following terms of your locker rental. Checking each term indicates that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these policies.

The cost to rent a locker is $20 a year. It is non-refundable and not prorated.

Lockers may only be shared by family members.

You may use a lock provided by Ozark FSC or you may provide your own combination lock. If you provide your own combination lock, your lock combination must be on file with the OFSC Membership Director.

Lockers are for current club members. The upcoming year’s locker rental fee will be added to your EntryEeze account before the Membership Renewal drive in June. If the amount due is unpaid and membership is not renewed by July 1, your locker will be emptied and it will be rented to the next person on the waitlist.

This Agreement is in effect until May 31, 2025
