About the event
This is a group, off-ice seminar, lead by the one and only Patrick O'Neil and is open to all current OFSC members skating at Aspire 1 and above. The seminar starts at 6:00pm - Please arrive 15 minutes early and come dressed in athletic attire and sneakers. Bring your water, a protein packed snack, listening ears, and a good attitude!
