Ice... We mean PROPS Crew!

We will not have an adequate amount of help before 8am on Show Day so we need to bring in the largest and heaviest set pieces the night before. Pieces include the cottages (Approx. 8 - 8'x8' panels), Plywood/OSB for VIP seating (roughly 10 sheets of 4'x8'), and Flats (10ish - not heavy but 4'x8'). This work will require going up and down stair and heavy lifting. Anything not completed by 6pm will be left until the 8am Setup Crew arrives.

You will earn 2 Volunteer hours for helping.
