*Ozark Figure Skating Club will sponsor the group participant fee for one current Jones Center Learn to Skate participant and one current Ozark Figure Skating Club member. Skaters may not receive a scholarship for 2 consecutive years.
 

❖ INFORMATION

• If the recipient does not use the scholarship for the upcoming Christmas Show within the membership year they applied, they forfeit the scholarship offered.

• If they accept the scholarship and then drop from the group number after practices have started, they will not be eligible to receive any available scholarships for the next year.
   

❖ EXPECTATIONS

• Be a positive representative of the club at home and away following the rules of ice etiquette, sportsmanship, leadership, etc.

• Applicants are encouraged to apply, regardless of grade point, test scores, ethnicity, origin, age, sex, marital status, or prospective field of study.
   

❖ REQUIREMENTS

• Ozark FSC Members: Be an active member of our skating program in classes, seminars, practices, events, testing, competitions, shows, or exhibitions.

• Jones Center Learn to Skate: Be an eligible skater that is currently enrolled and actively and enthusiastically participating in the Jones Center Learn to Skate classes.

• Submit the appropriate Christmas Show Scholarship Application (GOOGLE FORM)

  • Scholarship Form for Jones Center Learn to Skate  Open July 1-Aug 31

  • Scholarship Form for OFSC Members Only  Open July 1-July 31

• Submit Ozark FSC Scholarship Recommendation Form (GOOGLE FORM). 
  To be filled out by the applicant's coach (private or learn to skate) OR teacher (not a relative).

• If awarded, applicants must also submit the Christmas Show Group Form by the due date: SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 20th, 2025 BY 11:59 PM.

• All parts of the application must be turned in electronically in order to be considered.
