Sooner State Games Sooner State Games in Tulsa, OK. February 2007 National Skating Week, January 20, 2007 Ozark Figure Skating Club held its 3rd annual National Skating Month event at the Jones Center for Families on January 20, 2007 by offering a variety of events throughout morning and early afternoon. The event started with a hockey exhibition, followed by two sessions of free 30-minute skating lessons. Each of the sessions concluded with a freeskate open to the event participants who had a chance to practice their newly learned moves.
